White Guava Concentrate


Pellagic foods prepares guava puree concentrate from fresh highest quality guava fruits, maintaining commercial sterility. The guava puree obtained is puree and creamy white in texture, assuring highest quality standards. The selected white guava fruit is then processed hygienically though cold extractor grinding, followed by and enzymatic deactivation, evaporation, and sterilization.
Guava puree concentrates is used mainly for conversion into juices, nectars, drinks, jams, jellies, fruit cheese, fruit bars and fruit desserts. Very frequently, it is used to flavour ice cream and pudding
Guava is rich in dietary fiber, Vitamin A and C, folic acid, and potassium, copper and manganese. Having a generally broad, low calorie profile of essential nutrients, a single common guava fruit is said to contain about four times the amount of vitamin C as an orange. The aromatic flavour and high natural Vitamin C content of the product makes it suitable for use in beverages, ice-creams, jams, jellies, sauces and baby food.
